Summary: good: friendly staff, nice decor, new establishment, central location. bad: bathroom had a terrible smell, like cat urine, fire alarm light was placed on top of your head/bed and was blinking all night both green and red.

Summary: Exceptional service every step of the way. Beautiful hotel. Incredible dinner and breakfast service and perfectly located. I typically stay in large well know luxury brands but decided to take a chance on this one given the pictures, price and location. Was not disappointed and will stay here during future visits.

Summary: This property is phenomenal and far surpassed our expectations! The aesthetic is stunning, the service is impeccable, the location is perfect, and the coffee is some of the best we’ve tasted! We’ve found that “5 stars” in Europe does not always align with expectations, but Palazzo Roma certainly earns its rating. The one small issue is that we booked 2 rooms, and the air conditioning was not fully functioning in either. The room with less air was immediately upgraded (to one of the more beautiful rooms I’ve ever seen-the AC in this room was perfect). The way that the staff dealt with this issue was very professional and hugely appreciated, but if there is a way to ensure that air in all room is functioning at full capacity, this hotel would be unparalleled. Overall, could not more highly recommend!!
